Oh, Hey! 

I'm Emily, I'm a 29-year-old midwesterner.

I adore all things art.

I discovered my passion early in life and decided to take my first steps toward making my hobby a polished craft by entering a Photography Consortium during my Junior year of high school.

In this consortium, I found purpose and confidence.
Since then, I have curated my gift and passion, and now direct my passion into my photography career.

I love meeting with old and new friends to shoot portraits, of course.

BUT, I find myself most at peace when I'm out in the world shooting images as a solo adventurer. Whether my adventures entail walking through cute little towns, busy cities, or hiking trails, I’m free to execute the perfect shots on my own time. 

Aside from photography, I spend my free time reading poetry, painting, and spending quality time with my mutt pup, Chapo.

I love leading a simple life and enjoying this world’s simple pleasures.
A breve latte in a quiet cafe, a warm cup of tea under a duvet, patio-hopping and people-watching in downtown Ann Arbor, mindfully baking something sweet or cooking a healthy meal, hiking, watching the sunrise or sunset - taking my time to be grateful.

There is truly so much to be grateful for.
